This page is created in the hopes that I reach people who are struggling with their weight who feel that they have no options and that nothing will work for them.

I have been there and its hard. Its difficult to get out of the mentality that we will always be fat. But it doesn’t have to always be that way! I want to help you. I want to show you what I have done to turn my life around and become a more healthy and active person.

    I really enjoyed reading your blog. I have been there and you have described me. I very lucky that I work with your cousin Kristi and she is great motivator. I remember telling her once that I do not enjoy doing exercise watching DVD; however, I was introduced to Shakeology and I have been doing the 30 minute workouts and it has been great. Next week I will start the 50 minutes. I don’t think I am ready for the 90PX

      Isabel, That is how I started really. I started with the 30 and 50 minute DVDs from Shakeology. After I did those for 1 week, I wanted to do more! I felt so good! I felt that I could take on the world. You will know when you are ready to move onto something harder. Kristy is great! I am so thankful to her and Becky supporting me 150% and for introducing me to Shakeology and Beachbody. I am growing as a person and becoming healthier in the process! :) You can do it girl! Just stick with it and vent to Kristy or me or someone when you are having an off day and get back up the next day! Bring It!
